Celebrate the Season – Connect with Nature Event

Seasonally 5 times a year, please see upcoming dates below

at Camp Plas, Dolanog, Mid Wales

These 2-3 hour events are held seasonally at Plas, Dolanog in Mid Wales at the start of a new season. Celebrate welcoming the season in style by connecting with nature.

These sessions are held outdoors and we have a lovely covered but open sided barn to use. This site is absolutely stunning, we are close to river Vyrnwy surrounded by wonderful nature energy, listening to sounds of nature and connecting with the nature around us.

During colder months we have a fire on in the barn and each session includes seasonal wellbeing tips, seasonal tea and cake and of course a yoga&qigong practice. For colder months, please dress as if you were going for a walk with enough layers. We will keep shoes on and all physical practice is standing around the fire. For meditation we will sit in chairs so please bring a blanket/hot water bottle for this part of the practice.

During warmer months we explore the surrounding nature and do some of our practice outside the barn by the river or other beautiful spots on site.

You will also learn key acupressure points linked with the season and a pranayama/meditation practice which is linked with the teachings of the season.
