Book for Weekly Classes

Prices for Winter 2024:

  • Drop in price: £7 per class for a 60 minute class
  • Blocks £6 per class for example 6 week blocks: £36 for a 60 minute class block. This is for consecutive classes (see below for details). You can swap to a different class during a week or block, you need to let me know via email to hello@anjayoga.co.uk if you want to swap.

Terms and Conditions: no refunds for missed classes on the class pass or block, however as mentioned above you can swap to a different class during the block or request a practice video from me by emailing me.

Seasonal Gentle Yoga at Llanfyllin Library Building (RDC)

This class celebrates the seasons drawing inspiration from nature’s rhythms. The practice is gentle with some flow movement and held poses. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket. If you have blocks or other props you are welcome to bring them along too!

10:00 -11:00 class is currently fully booked, a second class 11:15-12:15 starts from 8th April 2024!

 

Gentle yoga and qigong flow

Tuesdays 9:00-10:00 (60 min)

Seasonal Gentle Flow with Qigong (online)

This class invites you to start your day gently with a gentle flow yoga and qigong practice. The practice starts with a gentle flow yoga practice followed by standing flow and qigong. The practice closes with meditation and relaxation.

Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 (60 minutes)

Seasonal Gentle Yoga at Rhydycroesau Village Hall

This class celebrates the seasons drawing inspiration from nature’s rhythms. This practice is gentle with some held poses and some flow movement. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket. If you have blocks and/or bolsters you are welcome to bring them along too.

 

 

Thursdays 12:30-13:30 (60 minutes)

Seasonal Qigong at Llanfyllin Library Building (RDC)

Qigong is a beautiful energy focussed practice which has had a big impact on my personal wellbeing. Qi is energy which is all around us in nature and within us. When we connect with this energy and balance through our energetic body we can feel well inside out. This is an all standing practice although the last 10-15 minutes can be done in seated meditation. Very gentle movement suitable for everybody.

 

 

 

Thursdays 20:15-21:15 (60 minutes)

Seasonal Sleeptime Yin Yoga (online)

This class is an hour long indulgent sleepy yin yoga class. A beautiful practice which targets deeper tissue and takes you into a more meditative practice. Seated and lying down postures are held for approximately 5 minutes with the aid of props with a more restorative approach to prepare you for a blissful sleep.

Prop recommendations: yoga bolster (can be subsituted with 2 firmer cushions), strap (any kind such as dressing gown belt), blocks (yoga blocks or books), blankets.

Fridays 18:00-19:00 (60 minutes)  *on hold in January 2024

Seasonal Gentle Flow with Yin at Llansilin Memorial Hall and online

This class celebrates the seasons drawing inspiration from nature’s rhythms. The first half of this practice includes easing flow movement inspired by qigong and traditional yoga and the second half is pure yin yoga and a blissful Friday night relaxation. During the class you will learn tools to support your wellbeing through the seasons. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket and props if you have them.

This is a hybrid class which means I am running this class in person at Llansilin Memorial Hall and also live stream the class. Some classes are online only due to hall availability.

 

 

 

Monthly Online Membership

I have an online community with videos ranging from short 10 minute videos to longer 1 hour practices. With the membership you get so much more, my aim is to create a community of sharing and connection.

  • Home Retreat Base Membership is £14 per month and includes:
    • access to members only area with plenty of recorded practices, series and challenges.  New videos are added regularly.
    • Members book club with a new and exciting book every 6 weeks
    • Monthly 90 minute seasonal yin yoga class LIVE (currently on a Sunday evening)
    • 10% off in person workshops

You can access the membership for 7 days free, after that it is £14 per month and runs on a rolling basis until you decide to cancel. No contracts!

You can also add a live class package to your membership which includes access to all the above plus 3 live classes every week! This +live membership is £28 per month with a 7 day free trial.
