Paddle and Stretch at Lake Vyrnwy

I am passionate about sharing yoga in the outdoors, surrounded by nature, all year around. I feel the energy from nature is so powerful and I want to share this with you.

Paddle and Stretch are me, Anja and my friend Emma who is our paddleboard guru. You are in safe hands with us, there is no need to stand or do fancy yoga poses on the board, in fact we use the yoga stretches to warm up the body, prepare for our paddling and stretch after our paddle. Each session is different depending on the group and weather.

You don’t need any fancy equipment and you can borrow a wetsuit from us. You will be guided safely through every step without any pressure to do anything you are not comfortable with. Just bring yourself and an open mind and the joy of trying something new! These are relaxing, fun and mindful sessions to share with like minded people!

Gentle yoga and qigong flow

Location at Lake Vyrnwy, Mid Wales

This class is suitable for everyone. No experience on paddleboard is required to join this class. These 90 minute sessions at Lake Vyrnwy include the hire of a paddleboard and buoyancy aid for the session, a paddleboard lesson from a qualified instructor, Emma and a yoga/stretch session on the board with me.  There is absolutely no requirement to stand up on the board – some yoga poses on the board are actually easier than standing up on it!

Booking is essential, 48 hour cancellation policy applies but you can transfer your spot to another date up to 24 hours prior to the session. You will receive an email before the session with information on how to prepare and what to bring 🙂 Each session is strictly limited to 6 people. Cost is £25 per lesson including paddleboard hire, paddleboard lesson and yoga lesson.
