There is energy in nature, all around us and within us – yoga allows us to connect with this energy through the harmony between body, breath and mind. My classes are open to every body and every soul.
I offer a combination of online resources, weekly classes, outdoor yoga and various events that all link in with my passion for living seasonally, the outdoors, mind-body connection and elements in nature.
Give yourself the gift of movement for the body, a welcome pause for the mind, and exploring the beauty of the breath. I welcome you on the mat to explore just as you are, and always offer plenty of options for poses to suit all abilities.

Book for Weekly Classes Online
I offer classes online so you can practice from the comfort of your home. All online classes are delivered via Zoom and you will receive the Zoom code for the class you’ve booked about an hour before the class. You can join on individual classes, buy a monthly class pass or join as a member. Read more below!

Yoga for climbers / stronger hatha yoga (online)
Mondays 18:30-19:30 (60 min)

In this class we explore a stronger physical practice. This class is suitable for anyone who is looking for a stronger hatha yoga practice with gentle and supporting guidance. There is a specific focus for climbers. As a climber and having taught yoga for climbers for several years, I know that there are some specific areas where yoga can offer amazing support for climbing.
Gentle yoga and qigong flow (online)
Tuesdays 9:00-10:00 (60 min)

This class will start your day gently with a slow flow yoga and qigong practice. Awakening the body with some incredibly yummy movement, stretches and breathwork we also build a little uplifting energy during the class.
Seasonal Yin (online)
Thursdays 18:30-19:30 (60 min)
*please note, there is no class on Thursday 26 May*
This class is an hour of pure yin yoga. A beautiful practice which targets deeper tissue and takes you into a more meditative practice. Seated and lying down postures are held for approximately 5 minutes with the aid of props. Prop recommendations: yoga bolster (can be subsituted with 2 firmer cushions), strap (any kind such as dressing gown belt), blocks (yoga blocks or books), blankets.
Monthly Online Membership and Class Passes
I have an online community with videos ranging from short 10 minute videos to longer 1 hour practices. With the membership you get so much more, my aim is to create a community of sharing and connection.
- Home Retreat Base Membership is £14 per month and includes:
- access to members only area with plenty of recorded practices, series and challenges. New videos are added regularly.
- access to forums to connect with other members, ask questions about your practice and share non yoga things too!
- Members book club with a new and exciting book every 6 weeks
- Monthly 90 minute seasonal yin yoga class LIVE (currently on a Sunday evening)
You can access the membership for 7 days free, after that it is £14 per month and runs on a rolling basis until you decide to cancel
You can also add a live class package to your membership which includes access to all the above classes every week! This +live membership is £28 per month with a 7 day free trial and includes all of the above plus live classes.
I also offer a class pass for online classes. Currently you can purchase a 6 class pass which is valid for 3 months from the first class you attend. The price is £33 (£5.50 per class), good value if you are not sure if you can attend every week. Please book your class pass below. I will email you the zoom codes for all classes after you have purchased your pass and you can decide when to attend. I will tick your pass off each time you attend a class.
Weekly Classes In Person
I offer weekly in person yoga&qigong classes in nature at Camp Plas in Dolanog. We practice seasonally throuhout the year in this beautiful place of nature. We have a stunning setting here with a covered barn with fairy lights to practice under. Listen to the sound of the river, owls and rustling of the trees as you move your body with the breath. This is a special class and we have a fire roaring in the colder months and in warmer months we might find ourselves on the meadow amongst wildflowers.
You can join the classes anytime and it is suitable for all levels.
Outdoor Yoga & Qigong at Camp Plas, Dolanog
Tuesdays 17:30-18:30 (60 min)

This class is held outdoors at Plas, Dolanog in Mid Wales. We have a lovely covered but open sided barn to use. This site is absolutely stunning, we are close to river Vyrnwy surrounded by wonderful nature energy, listening to sounds of nature and connecting with the nature around us.
Please wear layers and maybe bring along a hot drink on cooler days – cold drink on warmer days. You can practice with shoes or socks on if it is cooler. Hiking shoes or trainers are ideal but wear anyting that is comfortable.

You can either join the classes as drop in for £6.50 or purchase a 6 class pass for £36 which is valid for 2 months.
