Anja Yoga Mission Statement

A safe, nurturing space for your yoga and meditation practice to support your health and wellbeing on and off the mat

There is energy in nature, all around us and within us – yoga allows us to connect with this energy through the harmony between body, breath and mind. My classes are open to every body and every soul.

I offer a combination of online resources, weekly classes, outdoor yoga and various events that all link in with my passion for living seasonally, the outdoors, mind-body connection and elements in nature.

Give yourself the gift of movement for the body, a welcome pause for the mind, and exploring the beauty of the breath. I welcome you on the mat to explore just as you are, and always offer plenty of options for poses to suit all abilities.

Weekly Yoga Classes

I offer weekly Seasonal Yoga classes both online and in person. All my classes are themed for the season weaving in wisdom form nature and Traditional Chinese Medicine with roots of yoga at their heart. During the classes you learn about how to look after your wellbeing through the seasons including acupressure points. My classes welcome everyone and offer options to choose from. 

Yoga Retreats

I love hosting yoga and wellbeing retreats and have selected some very special places to host these. I have back to nature camping&yoga retreats at the beautiful Camp Plas in Mid Wales, yoga&hiking retreats in the stunning mountains of Snowdonia and cosy hyggelig retreats in selected locations around the UK and Europe.

Workshops and Courses

I’m hosting a range of workshops and course both in person and online. A workshop is open to everyone regardless of experience, in fact, it is a great opportunity to explore and learn about the practices.
