Please wear layers and maybe bring along a hot drink on cooler days – cold drink on warmer days. You can practice with shoes or socks on if it is cooler. Hiking shoes or trainers are ideal but wear anyting that is comfortable.

Experience something new and fun!
At Lake Vyrnwy, Mid Wales
This class is suitable for everyone. No experience on paddleboard is required to join this class. These 90 minute sessions at Lake Vyrnwy include the hire of a paddleboard for the session, a paddleboard lesson from a qualified instructor, Emma (in the pic) and a yoga session with me. We will start the session with a short yoga warm up on the shore followed by a paddleboard lesson. We will finish the session with trying some yoga poses on the board. There is absolutely no requirement to stand up on the board – some yoga poses on the board are actually easier than standing up on it!
Booking is essential, 48 hour cancellation policy applies. You will receive an email before the session with information on how to prepare and what to bring 🙂 Each session is strictly limited to 6 people. Our launch offer in June is £25 for the 90 minute session including board hire going up to £30 from July.
